Seriously, if you're asking about a prenup don't marry her.
I'm not trying to be flippant or anything. I'm actually good friends with a billionaire whose family lives by that rule. It's just my opinion, but any marriage with that looming overhead would never feel sacred.

I disagree with waterhouse. There's some truth to what he's saying, but the people with something to lose want a piece of mind as well. I'm not saying you should always do it, but I know there are good reasons to have one in specific situations.
