For the last two months something has been causing my GPU to spike, but I haven't changed a damn thing on the site in months. When I try to access the admin panel it just hangs and freezes. I called support and the guy is like"Huh, weird, the admin panel is freezing on me too..." Yeah, that is weird buddy...maybe you can tell me what's causing you to charge me an extra $60 a month for my hosting, cause I can't figure it out. Still waiting for them to get back to me...if I have the same problem next month I'm gone...

What bugged me about them is they tout hosting as many domains as you want, but their statistics software lumps everything together and it's hard to keep track of number of visitors to each individual site. I called them up and they were just "sorry, it lumps everything together.."

Well, businesses like that are run 'virtually', with as low an overhead as possible, so if I were you, I'd get realistic, and get yourself a Visa (wer) debit card and set up automatic payments from it.
Certainly if it's impacting your clients.

you are paying for a service level to which you are receiving. i will never understand getting irate over using a low-cost (yet well-managed, mind you) hosting provider for commercial purposes. if you want service, service, service- get a dedicated box, in a Tier 1 data center, with the management you expect from the same service level offering you are giving your clients. end of story.
i know you are pissed, and i am not the devil's advocate for (mt) in any way, but you must see the forest through the trees on this sort of business.

I got like 50+ emails regarding the payment in a matter of weeks, including a phone call early one morning.

it's always a big pile of shite when you have troubles with a provider. i chose the one who hosts near my office, so i can go over to his support and get my stuff fixed asap. even if he doesn't provide everything, i have a bit more control.
