As a web hosting solution you suck. I hate you and hope you die. I wish I could punch you in the face.
Please learn how to give proper support and take phone calls in under an hour. Also please figure out how you can migrate your customers to a new server without effecting their service and email for a week.

I called them today about an email issue im having, and some lady over there told me that she was sending me an email on how to fix the problem. WTF???????? I called them about an email issue. I CANT RECEIVE EMAILS, YOU DUMB CUNT.

if they answer your call or you get them on the live chat thing they are pretty helpful so far as i've had to deal with them...
i also stayed on hold once for an hour and a half... it was on speaker phone, i was watching a movie
my site goes through 1and1 never had a problem really, but i've never had to call for any reason
