Alright guys, just set up a blog with my portfolio on, I specialise in Editorial Design but there are also a load of fresh logo's on there. Check it out and I'd love to hear some feedback!

You spelt Male wrong in the Royal Male header.

I thik your work is quite nice, but the weakest part is your header & that awful logo! Sorry but it's the first thing you see and doesn't match the proper content of your folio

yeah, you should stay with editorial and keep off the logos.
present your BEST WORK, not all work.
also you need a proper website with a domain name and not a blog.

That clothing company is called Royal Male, dude wanted it as a play on Royal Mail but with Male meaning man...
I've presented it in a blog because I don't know how to design websites (yet!) I'll try that indexibit or hang fire till I get a real site up.

one thing you could do, try to get a student to design your site. they need to fill the portfolio with "real" work. and you need a site.

I have a CAP subscription.... tell them the new size sucks, it doesn't fit nicely in any of my magazine files. The new covers are nice though, and I like your portfolio (agree with most of the above comments though).

Cool man, glad you like, have you seen it since we redesigned it? It's gone up in page size, used to be 22cm squared now is 28cm, feels good and shows off the artwork as the imagery can go bigger... :)
