sorry to be a dumbass... but the 2 red/blue 'aa' is my HTML on and off button (says when i roll over)... so where's my rich text button?
also how do i get the HTML file into this signature? there's no "insert HTML'

don't worry, did you read that link I sent? Its on the previous page. Off the top of my head I just can't remember how to get it work, I do remember that the Mac users needed a simple version of out company stationary and the PC users had the full version. What I would do is look around in the options where you have anything to do with Stationary and Font ect.
Tell me when you type, do your letters come up as a typewriter effect or do can you for format your text before you send your emails? I am asking as this will tell if you have rich text on.
We will get it some day!

no l cant change font (when i turn the 'red/blue aa' button off) but my font shows up in century gothic as that's what i set it to in my preferences as default (dont judge me - it's closest to avante garde company font!).
i'll have a read through that stuff.... thanks again. let me know if anything springs to mind.

thats good if you see century gothic that means that you are not in rich text mode. I have to go now but I will keep looking for ya!
