Max Sanders, a University of Minnesota student who tried to sell his vote on eBay for a minimum of $10, got no offers, but he did get charged with a felony.

What is the difference? Politicians in general buy and sell votes like it going out of style. Congress sells their votes to special interest groups, and the lobbyists buy, borrow and steal votes on a daily basis.
Same difference!
