I would be stunned if the Rubik's cube mark wouldn't run into trademark infringement. I'm pretty sure that's a copyrighted, trademarked product.

It's well drawn, but why a rubik's cube?

the first one is fancier the second one os more blue collar, i dont know if you can run with that but there you go...

I don't think the copyright/trademark issue should be ignored. You could get taken to the cleaners. Maybe not, but definitely worth checking.

none, you must think about other thing like rubik's cube.
If the company do stands why do you use rgb colors? In #1 where is the i dot? ST & Ds What is this? the street and what more???
and las but not least i think the "g" is having viagra. Look for her and treat with love.

I would like to see if any of them hold up when they are reduced in size by a lot. As well as what it looks like when it goes through a fax machine. (Black and White) I see problematic things in both of them that can show up in many different given situations.

Don't say nobody warned you.

thanks guys...
Rubik version is the original logo... and i think its crap...
#1 is our redesign!when reduced below 3.5cm wide we lose the "stands"... there is also an economic version for B&W, fax etc... where "stands" is both larger and grey!
colours unfortunately must stay (client issue)
"stands" is spanish for "commercial booth" (their product)
im pretty sure the only reason they didnt have copyright problems in the past is because they are a small Barcelona based company and not a lot of people have seen it... I have advised them not to use it and have our own simplified cube to replace it...
thanks again for your time & replies... I have the feedback i needed...
mo love from sunny Madrid!
