Somebody on here does a lovely hand drawn font and it is good, do you have lots of text to do as if it is just a small couple of words I have found that if you simply write something upside down by hand then you get the best child like writing, and you can scan it in or even do it on a tablet if you are fortunate enough to own one.

Another option I have used recently is to take a nice sans serif like gotham for example, then in illustrator 'create outlines', then Object > Path > Simplify...
Have a play with the settings till you get something you like.
Nightmare for text amends tho!

Before you start on the usual comic sans jokes etc, anybody know of any good child-ish fonts? I've done the rounds but can't find any decent stuff, just typical dafont goodness.
