How do you manage it?
How do you put a limit on the amount of work you can actually get done?If you work in an agency - do you have time to do your own freelance work?

no clue how i manage it. i swear, 70% of my day is managing accounts and schedules to then execute the work on. it is nuts.

so I guess the solution for me, isn't necessarily changing jobs - right?
- if your thinking about it you already want too.. Just start looking. and do yourself a favor.Iggyboo

Well... I mean at least have spare time to do your own freelance work on the evenings or weekends.

Yeah - well I have the feeling that in big companies this probably doesn't happen.
But as I work in a small agency - I'm usually assigned more work than what I can actually do.- well express that to your acd/ecd/ad whatever. maybe they need to bring another person in.lvl_13

I just took on the workload of 3 today, I feel like hiring my own team of freelancers on the side to help me out.
