anyone else find it ugly? i'm on a mac and it looks like a clumsy safari/netscape hybrid knockoff. I think I still prefer safari. i'll have to play with it for a little while though..

just downloaded and installed it. so far so good... Had to un-install old firebug and install firebug 1.2beta.. but now its working..
in FF3 the address bar shows previous addresses with: title, url and favicon.. this is overkill for me.. anyone know how to only have url's display?

Firefox 3 is finally available, which means you should go download it.

dumb question:
how do i change the settings for the amazon, google etc search toolbar so that it searches the .co.uk sites instead of .com?

no de.lic.ious tagging?

- gosh yeah, can't live without the delicious bookmarks...though there's a ton of bookmarking features in ff3Fizik

I don't mind it so far. I think I found a theme for it that actually works, but, unfortunately, I can't remember the name right now, nor where it is from. Maybe I'll check it out when I get home. I really haven't had issues with it yet, and del.icio.us works fine too.

ahhhhh why did I do it. The new interface is too dark. I will have to find a theme that works. and I dont like the round safari buttons.

theyve taken some of operas features then used an ugly skin.

Why would you want de.lic.ious tagging?
Surely there's plugins for this stuff.

anyone else have blurry text with FF3?
- VectorMasked0
Nope. The text over here looks a bit too sharp imo.
So this is me after 1 day of FF...
I don't know if this is related, but my text changed from actual text to just squares all day long. back and forth between the two. Issue got resolved only when force quitting FF.
The thing crashed 5 times yesterday. 2 of those happened when I had 25 tabs opened.
After 5 hours of use, the thing was basically unresponsive. There was a 20 second delay between me trying to select text, using the scrollbar, clicking on a link, or doing any action, to getting that action to happen.
Don't like the darkness around the tabs area. It makes transparent favicons look like crap with jagged edges and white pixels. The qbn favicon is an example of that.
And it is not THAT fast. I can barely feel the difference.
