Take a screen grab of his desktop. Then make that screen grab his desktop image. Then grab all the folders and files on his desktop and drag them into a folder in his hard drive for safe keeping.
It'll drive him nuts for awhile.

actually there is a program you can download and install that lets you control his computer from yours. I would do that. I've done it at work and its fuckin hillarious. In the middle of a project I made his machine completely shut down. Yeah he was pissed but it was worth it.
