Y'all know me..know how I earn a 'livin. I'll catch this bird for ya, but ain't gonna be easy. Bad fish. Not like goin' down to the pond and chasin' bluegills or tommycats. This shark...swallow you whole...little sinkin'....little tenderizin....down you go. Now we gotta do it quick. That'll bring back the tourists, that'll put all your businesses on a payin' basis.
But it's not gonna be pleasant. I value my neck alot more than three thousand bucks chief. I'll find him for three...but I'll catch him and kill him...for ten. You gotta make up your minds...wanna stay alive and ante up...wanna play it cheap be on welfare the whole winter. I don't want no voulunteers, I don't want no mates, there's to many captains on this island. Ten thousand dollars for me by myself. For that you get the head...the tail...the whole damn thing.

Is it an old building? Strangely enough, old wiring can smell like fish when it goes bad. Had this problem in a 100+ year old house I used to rent. As soon as you turned the light on in one of the bedrooms it would smell like rotten fish. I originally thought something died between the walls.
