I am currently working with 13 different floors of the same building, each in their own file. They are apparently made to scale, but when I open with "Original Size" checked, they are clearly not all the same size.. does anyone know how to do this properly?

tell them you can't open a DWG and get 'em to print a PDF from autocad with all layers turned on?
That's the easy way =P

Getting the PDFs is the way to go.
If not, you'll need some kind of a scale element that you can manually scale the plans to.

yes, PDFs! or have them export as EPS.
