Far out. I used to work for a sunroom company and that's how we built the roof panels. "Honeycomb" cardboard core. Got just as high a snowload rating as a house roof.

Nice! Saw the article in Surfer, that's really cool. Glad to see some alternative blanks that don't emit deadly gases.
