I use a company called Factory Merchandising on American Apparel. They do great work, really fast and at a good price. Email .

open your phone book and go local, there is no secret to screen printing that makes one printer incredible compared to another.

The thing about going local is that you can go do a press check when they are set to run. Instead of sitting on a gross of shirts based on someone else's opinion and then having to pay an additional charge per shirt to ship them across country. To find out that the guy a mile away has access to the same tools this other guy used, american apparel shirts and so on. Plus you are supporting a local business and there aint nothing wrong with that.

Just don't go with the "High and Wide" fit that seems to plague american t-shirts. Not everyone is a fat midget.
Be sure and taylor to the tall and slender too.

actually there are differences from one printer to the next. you'd be surprised at how much can go wrong in screen printing.
if you're just doing something for fun and don't care about quality then in a sense there's no difference.
