Does anyone run Adobe programs on a Macbook Air? If you have an Air can you talk about how much you like it? Maybe links to performance reviews would work too.

I think its more of a myspace/ itunes kind of computer..
maybe you could try running photoshop elements...or save some money and buy a really fast iBook or even a MBP if you are going to use it for work

its a computer made for marketing people who travel a lot,
but who want to have the flair of creativity.
Its not a workstation, it barely runs the Creative Suite...

I think its more of a "attract pc users with superficial details" kinda computer, if it was really designed for people who travel a lot, it would come with cd/dvd drive and wouldn't depend on other computers/ wifi for loading files on to it.

It should have remained a prototype. Instead it's clearly an inferior computer for more money.

It looks like a quality machine, but doesn't strike me as a production machine.

Its a nice thin MS Office, writing, consumer computing machine for people who take their laptop out and about alot.
Not made for production work... obviously

they really need to add a cd/dvd drive tho.
unless they predict in the future cd/dvd will be replaced by flash drives. when u go to music store u don't buy cd but flash drive.
its possible but just not soon enough.

several of my coworkers have it and run Vista/CS3 on it. I don't believe it does well if you have more than 1 CS3 app open..... but they do use it as their primary machine.
I pass and got a MacBook pro and much happier for it I think since I need to run multiple CS3 programs at once.
