Well I'll let you know how they are... unless I get too drunk and forget to see them.

@ gramme
though i agree his single efforts are watered down compared to soundgarden's energy and depth. i loved cornells first solo album. poppish but amazing songwriting... kinda let down by the last one. not much really stood out on it for me. bland.
certainly a talent though... one of my favorite singers

i never really was that into their first album, but purple was really good, and they had some interesting singles later on... the guy is a mess, but the drugs seem to fuel his creativity... if only he could control himself.
amazing singer when he pushes himself.
velvet revolver was such a let down and he seemed so bored and monotone. no range, no feeling

I thought everybody used to make fun of them?

I too am longing for the Soundgarden reunion. Nothing Chris Cornell has done since leaving Thayil & Co. has measured up, imho. His voice is too good to waste on mediocre songs. Could be tough to break Matt what'shisname away from Pearl Jam to get back on the drums...his work on Superunknown was phenomenal, it really drove the album.
- matt cameron i think. though josh freese would probably be up for it7point34

you must be nuts for even thinking that this will be good. there is no way possible.

what's the over/under on a relapse / cancelation / break-up?
What ever it is I'll take the under.

saw them back in like 1995 ... great show ... great live band
say what you will about Weiland and his antics on-stage and off ... the other boys in the band can really play

They are a great live band, saw them back in the 90's

Never understood the appeal of STP...or Alice in Chains.
- It might be an age thing. Most must that resonates with me does so because of the time of life in which it came outlocustsloth
- Most music, that islocustsloth
- I only know that "Sour Girl" song. And the drug problems of the lead singer. Oh, and his inability to dance.Jaline
- great songs, great voicesoozie
- Jaline, you should buy/borrow/steal the albums "Core" or "Purple". Any track on those far surpass "Sour Girl"locustsloth
- I know, but SMG was in the video and she was one of my favourite actresses at the time.Jaline

Take time with a wounded hand. Or else dogs will smell it or something...
