This is my mom's messenger to me every morning:
Hi John.
How is Henry?
Is he liking nursery yet?
I'm off to fitness or coffee with neighbor or a walk now.
I'll let you get back to work.

My mom doesn't email me much since she sent me "funny" animal pictures for the 10,000th time and i sent her back BME Pain Olympics.

All I'm saying is that, from a woman whom I thought held a second job as Chief of the Grammar Police, where every detail counts... this woman should be able to understand that an email is on par with a letter.
But no. Never a greeting. Never a salutation. Just one long paragraph and, apparently, a belief that my photographic memory will recall whatever it is from a previous email that she's currently referencing.
