A couple years ago I saw a chart that basically listed all major browsers and the characteristics by which they search pages. For example, I remember that Google and Yahoo both stated that they did not pay attention to meta keywords and that they were no longer a factor in search result ranking.
Anyhow know a link to such a chart? Much thanks.

meta tags dont make any difference other than the description which can be used to show a nice marketng message along side each pages url.

meta description can be a useful tool.
specific page titles too.
descriptive id's and labeling
alt and title tags on images
coherent semantic use of p, h1 - h6, blockquote, strong, div, span, etc.
