  silver light 2 still isn't installing on intel macs. Flash is built on older infrastructure, so silverlight definitely has benefits. But your simply putting yourself at the mercy of the Microsoft machine and a much smaller adoption curve.

  every 360 video game website will have flash/silverlight versions. then eventually just silverlight. they're doing this with live.com already. ms has a million sites that they're going to do this to. should increase the install base by millions. pretty simple, dunno why I'm saying this.

  I unchecked it on Windows Update, and it keeps bugging me everytime I need new security downloads. Either way, one day, I know I'll be forced to DL it because of some site or whatever that I want to see. If it's meant to compete with Adobe Flash, I doubt it'll come close to winning.
