Does everyone here realize how completely insane and dumb this proposed gas tax holiday for the summer that Hillary and McCain are being, and that Obama is against?
I'm not trying to make this a pro-Obama thread; more so about what people will fall for from the government and candidates.

a real picture is more like 20.00 a week for gas at 3.60 a gallon YOU WILL SAVE LIKE 11.00 DOLLARS that wont even get you 2 meals from mcd's
it doenst even get you the magic half tank of gas hill promises it gets you little more than 2 gallons of gas she's just trying to buy your vote for 11.00

Yeah, the thing people are missing is that, even if you can save, WOW! $25 across the summer! gas is still too expensive, the price will continue to go up, and we will continue to be dependent on foreign oil, and ill-fated because no new refineries have been build in decades to speed the conversion from winter formulas to summer formulas.
And McCain, could a human being be more condescending than him, who said, "with the money that Americans save, they can buy a meal."
I'm sorry, but that comes off as the most snide, condescending, looking down on you comment I've heard in a long time.

Funny how the Republican party is infatuated with "tax cuts" for everyone, smaller government, giving big businesses more power and privatizing of our government and military!
Who the fuck is going to pay for the 4 trillion dollar war in Iraq that will never ends, pay for the 2 trillion dollar deficit and pay for a defunct medicare, healthcare,and education system?
