I would never have the patience to illustrate as well as document the entire process in 5 seconds intervals, that's mind numbing!
BTW - Wonderful illustration!

I kinda like the illustration but could only stand watching 10 seconds of the video...
noble cause none-the-less...

wonderful!
How long did it take?
- useful_idiot0
The video is a condensed time lapse of screenshots over a several month period. Total physical drawing time is close to 40 hours and I'd add an equal amount of time for concept time and readying the print. A screenshot was taken every 5 seconds, which actually results in a full 18 minute video. Of course, I made it even more condensed so it can still be fun to watch.

really cool but the track sorta kills me.

nice AI techniques, i'd like to watch again with a slower frame rate :)
may i ask why such crazy attention to detail? like the lips and eyeballs on the lady inside the building? was this just for sake of making the video interesting? surely a huge chunk of your time and efforts will go unnoticed reproduced at 21" x 13"... ?
- Mostly it was just to force myself to do it, plus the PDF is a lot of fun to scroll & zoom through for my friends and family.useful_idiot
- cool.. and a 2nd run of wallpaper may be an option for you down the road :)horton
