Besides Philadelphia a vast majority of the state is filled with by the KKK and white imbreeds, reminiscent of the deep racist south where a just about everyone carries handguns or rifles, are Ronald Reagan democrats and are born again christians.
I am actually surprised that Obama only lost by 10% of the vote.

None of this means Obama won't be the nominee. Bill Clinton actually lost several primaries towards the end of his first run if I remember right.

My favorite Pennsylvania Story:
Was on a road trip out to Chillicothe Ohio (long story there..) about 1998 or so - anyway it's me and my buddy (him of puerto rican/brown man looks) driving a Jeep with NY plates. We're somewhere deep in Southwest PA when we pull off the highway to fuel up. As we're gassing up, a beat up rust colored 1970's Chevy Nova pulls in next to us. The car features fat Red headed freckled boy in baggy jeans and an Ice Cube T Shirt driving, his black girlfriend/wife and a baby. The back seat is just packed with junk. He gets out and starts fueling as well but giving us these weird glances. Me and my bud are like WTF? So we start topping off and Freckle Boy says in that weird pennsyltucky accent, "You guys from New York?"
"Um, yeah."
"New York Citay?"
"Um yeah..."
"Hold on, don't move!" He runs back to the driver side of the car and is rummaging through the vehicle, screaming at his girlfriend wife - "Where is it?!! WHere did you put it bitch?!" He finds whatever it is and he runs over to us.
With a cassette.
"This is my demo tape. I'm a rapper. I rap you know, not urban, but like my own style. It's like real. I keep it real. Could you take this to someone in New York?"
Now see, he was real earnest and we felt, as we were "representin' New York" and all, we took the tape and said "we'd see what we could do..."
So he bundles back to his car, gets in and drives off..leaving us standing there with his demo.
It sucked by the way.
But man, that was a strange, strange trip...

and I have never heard the term "Pennsyltucky"...

Terms I never heard before yesterday/today:

- The T (in which a T is made over our state to indicate the boonies that are not Philadelphia/ Pittsburgh ... we all [people from Pittsburgh] what the T really stands for, haha).I'm not ashamed to say I'm from Pennsylvania at all despite the fact that Obama did not win. I posted I should have done more for the campaign, I'm more mad at myself than anything.
Is this a set back? Only if you want it to be. I was kind of crushed when
Obama got over a million votes and was only about 200 hundred behind when all was said and done.
2.4 million people voted in a Primary. 2.9 million people voted in the Presidential Election in Pennsylvania in 2006.
This is a good thing for the Party at the very least, because I don't believe people when there is one Candidate (Barack Obama) come November won't vote with the Party.
Someone who voted for Hillary yesterday, isn't going to turn around and vote for McCain simply because Barack ended up being the Democrat Nominee for President.
That's 2.4 in a Primary ... a fucking Primary ... I imagine there are a lot of people out there who don't know who they are voting for still and probably sat out yesterday seeing how this was going to pan out.
I don't know where I'm going with this.
Basically ... I never heard of Pennsyltucky and it's really irking me. Luckily for Pennsylvania there are giant pockets of civilized people who vote Democrat though and always have.

I bet you one glass of beer that this is not true. Barack is way too scary for a fair number of Hillary supporters to back. And the "civilized pockets" that do are not going to be big enough to carry the state.
