Who are the biggest ones? Solar or wind power, some form of power I don't know about. I'm probably 10 years late, but I would like to invest in one of these up and comers.
I am not sure how to efficiently research such a thing. I need your brainz.

I suggest in investing in the companies that will buy the small innovators. The small businesses will never go public before an acquisition. Seems like GE is poised to do that in the states though they have been tanking recently.
I haven't had my coffee yet so tkae this for what it's worth.

Oh I should clarify, I want to invest in stocks, not a wind tower. I don't even have a house. I want to find a company poised to blow up when we realize in full that we are all gonna EFFING DIE.
- oddly enough, that's already been priced into the market. try buying an index of energy small caps to reduce your risk.monNom

most interesting one is a solution in which a generator is positioned in places where salt and fresh water meet, apparently it can generate a pretty insane amount of energy while taking up little space and doing no harm to nature at all.
they are doing some pilots now with a few installations along the Dutch coast.
