simulating colour blindness

long shot.... but is anyone aware of a plugin/programme/techniques that will simulate colour blindness for testing purposes?

Could you not just greyscale it to give an approximation? I mean, I appreciate that colour-blind people don't see in black and white, but at least then you'd negate the difference between reds and greens.
Right? I'm just guessing here..

that grey scaling sounds like a plan, found a couple of sites that can help + that one above, cheers.
sorry its for an intranet, I should have said.
was really hoping to find something, like a FF ext, that would reload and re-colour the page.

every operating system has these monitor settings for visually impaired, like contrast etc i suppose all color blind people are using them
