so they finalled ruled that the 3 injections intended to cause death in an inmate do not constitute a cruel and unusual punishment...
This included the votes of the so-called Christian judges who by some unfathomable tortuous logic nodoubt, have either temporarily abandoned their prinicples or can somehow find a precident for this in their morality, be it their own, or that which they adopted from the various texts their kind seek to read to me on the doorstep, ad nauseam .
Anyone have any viewpoints on state-mandated murder, or are we all happy to pay taxes knowing that this will pay for hippocratically-oathed doctors to snuff people out ?

i used to be pro death penalty until i realized how corrupt the system is thus you can be certain that people who are on the death row actually committed the crimes -- and as such i don't want to send innocent or even half-innocent people to their deaths.

Great time! Bring the wife and kids down, grab a pretzel and hot dog, enjoy the light show.

I am categorically opposed to the death penalty.

Abolish the death penalty and decriminalize pot. You'll have more room in prison for the hardcore criminals, govt will save $, and everyone one will be relaxed and happy. Just my opinion.

a) It's an easy way out, not punishment enough.
b) It's wrong to deliberately kill people. It's called murder, many of the people on death row are actually there because of it... Just because we've all banded together and called ourselves The State, and granted an agreed-upon authority over each other does not affect one bit the morality or justification of killing people, despite how they have transgressed.

So Called Christians believe in the following:
1. The NRA
2. Racism
3. The War In Iraq
4. George W. Bush
5. Death Penality
6. Hatred to all that don't share their distorted valuesI am saddened, ashamed and humbled to say that I am a christian and don't share in or with the radical fundamentalist right wing republican brand that hijacked religion the same way that radical fundamentalist muslims hijacked their religion.
They are one in the same "same difference" sad but true!
