Monthly income Germany?

Hey I'm a graphic designer in germany and i had an application in an advertising agent and when they asked my what I would like to earn the thought I said far to much.
Perhaps some german graphic designer could help me out what they would say is a normal yearly "brutto income" for a graphic designer in germany.

HI... which city? in berlin you don´t get much money for example... at best tell me also which company.

its a town with about 130.000 Population in bavaria and a midsize agency with big customers. I don't wan't to give to much details because I wan't the specific income for one town. I wan't to find a good average which would be normal.

but its important which part in germany... in munich / stuttgart / düsseldorf you will get the most income.... in berlin almost nothing.

what's the title? work experience, how many years? (this matter also)

Over ten years, can do print jobs from A - Z, design them, get them ready for print and finished. Fit in web, can also do Web2.0 Sites and years in eCommerce Marketing. Also now a lot about buying/selling in retail trade.

i got offered 3000 euros/month but at that point I only had 1-2yr exp. (long time ago) heh. @ a mid size swiss based design studio.

AGAIN:
it depends on the area where you want to work and for which kind of company and also for which position. I got some friends they work in big ad agencies in south germany, the earn about 40-50.000... they are good, and just designers or ads, they can´t do any web 2.0 and ecommerce and blabla, another friend works in berlin in a design bureau, he get maybe 25.000 € a year.
so you can´t say an average income.. depends on so many factors

I know I can't find the exact average but if ten people give me details on what they earn I can see if me idea of the income if far to high or actually normal.
It's a job in a midsize agency in a town with a lot of media firms about one hour away from munich. I don't wan't the exact salary for where i would work. I just wan't some hints what others get around germany. I'm not a Jung v. Matt Graphic designer but still I think I'm not bad for what I do and also have a good background for the technical stuff you also need to produce stuff you do.
