I would like to being by saying I tried google.
I have a Mac formatted Ipod - video 30 gig, and I am trying to just get a few files onto it with a PC. I am in Vietnam, so I do not want to format, I need that shit!
I just want to add a couple albums. Is there anyway to do this?
Thank you!

won't work. it will ask you to format it.

Not unless you reformat it for PC, which will wipe everything on it

Why don't iPod's have bluetooth for adding songs?

If you format it for PC, you can still use it on a Mac... That's how I did it and it worked fine.

It made no sense to format for Mac since Windows formatting works on both and this includes disk use

rename .jpg and use itunes to copy them across

You could try MacDrive
http://www.mediafour.com/product…I've used it before to access files formatted for the mac on windoze. ne'er used it with an ipod though.

Rename it jpg and use Itunes to copy them across.. what does that mean exactly?
Not sure I understand. I didn't know about the windows thing, but I don't have a windows computer in my home anyway..
I will check out the MacDrive piece.

jaylarson has your answer, you need MacDrive to access the files.
