often i find myself hunting for a link i saw on here but forgot to bookmark it or whatever, and i often see posts of people trying to recall links they saw here. it would be awesome if we could have a favorites on our "my profile" section of our favorite links that we can save from posts here.
anyone else think this would be useful ?

Absolutely. Nice idea.

not really, because "our favorites" are so fucking different.
seriously. to many people trying to ask for custom profile things. it just won't work in the way we all think it will. too many fuckers/fake names/psuedos to make the thing viable.
- the favorites would go to your profile not be out in the main area, but if you saw something you liked you could basically bookmark it onto your account.traut

turn the vote +1 button, whatever it is, into the favorite button and have another list for your faves, works for everyone

molo's suggestion makes a lot of sense. two birds, one stone, etc etc

Use the bookmark function in your browser. I don't see how this is harder to remember than a QBN specific save feature unless you use QBN more than your browser, in which case you are God and may do anything you wish, including make the feature yourself.

personally i'd pay way more attention to what's posted on the cover page if i could save and collect them

my browser faves just fills up i got like 25 right now i'll either delete or add to a file. i do that for sites i can't otherwise save them with. a site based faves thing sort of makes it easier and more personal is all
- plus you know people would check each other's faves out leading to more enjoyment all aroundmolo
