I am a big fan of the CONCATENATE function in Excel.
That would be a close second, or would edge out Find/Replace for me. I don't use Dreamweaver though. :X

yes, shameful but true. i still hand code my shit and turn the "help" thing that pops up with tags to a snails pace. but sometimes it'll get me unexpectedly.
the best thing about the F&R in dreamweaver is that you can do chunks of code instead of just one line like some other programs i've used.

Indeed. I found it amazing that in Visual Studio (at least the version I was using) they wouldn't let you replace multiline, the bastards.

Find and replace in InDesign is a Godsend given that all the clients I work for still think they are using a typewriter and have to put double spaces after every full stop.

Question ... do you put the non-breaking space equivalents (that QBN won't let me type, heh)?
I still think there should be two spaces after complete stops on my sites but that is a practice does not seem to be picked up, or really cared about... :X
