Got these fonts downloaded that have .pfm & .pfb extensions, obviously they don't run on a MAC.
Is there a converter about to change them to opentype, postscript or truetype versions?

font forge may do the trick:

adobe apps on a mac can indeed use .pfm and .pfb files
- they are fonts though, cant install them on the mac.mirrorball

i am using them as-is right now on my mac! read the typophile thread, they work!

Yeah, but i want to manage them in Suitcase and at the moment they aren't importing into it....
