font sorting nigthmart

i've just spent around 32 hours (spread over week) sorting out this place's font collection (over 20,000!!!!! - most of them gash)
into .. serifs, san serifs, bitmaps, couriers, display, decorative, black letters etc etc
and now i want to share this folder structure on the server - the problem is these folders only exist within FontExplorer... :(
is there a way for me to like package these folders - or to synchronise the folder structure with MacOs ??

the point is.. i want them to ordered on the server the same way i have ordered them on my desktop

yes, exporting them as either a zip file or as a folder is often the easiest way to then re import them with little stress.
