1) Learn something if there is something to learn in that place, and if there is some chance to get a nice piece on your folio.
2) Run away at the first chance.

TKmeister is totally right. Quit. It's useless spending 8 hours a day at a company where you're not learning anything. Life's way too short.

you got to find a new job quick. i don't know why it took you 2yrs to realize.
in my case, i knew the job wasn't good within 3wks, but gave them a chance to prove me wrong. after 3months, still the same. i decided to leave then, but spent about 3 months looking for a perfect opportunity. meantime, i kept doing side freelance to build up more capital for rainy days just in case.
- well, it's only been in the last month or two. and this is my first job out of school.vanilla_cam
- so, there was a point in which i was learning things.vanilla_cam
- got it. well, you need to find something then. but take your time and look really hard.tkmeister
- ha. i guess i was just really hoping one of you would say to walk out on this beautiful friday.vanilla_cam

dude your playing card decks rock...
I would continue kicking ass at your job while slowly enforcing your own ways

strategise a plot to rise them high and then watch them fall flat on their face... hard.
