iPhone ANNOYANCE!!!

When my iPhone sits next to my alarm clock it causes the radio (even when it's not on) to cycle through frequencies. It only seems to do it when My phone is checking email (through my wi-fi or Edge). I've never had a phone that did that before. Doesn't really bother me much as there's no sound and I keep the display covered up as it's bright as fuck.

actually I think its ONLY cingular. I thought it was all phones, because I've only had cingular. if my phone rings near my ipod it fucks with the volume. REAL FUN.

If my phone rings from the other room and I'm having a crap I can't reach it. How annoying is THAT?

the only thing you can do is switch it to airplane mode, but you will not be able to receive calls. you would want to do that if you are plugging your iphone into the car stereo or tv.
