I don't snowboard but I have a buddy who rides for 32 and seems to like their boots

I personally like burtons, I always try on the others, 32, forum, sims, etc. but always end up with something I've been comfortable with. Just make sure you get the right size and you are comfortable as all get out. They should be snug, they will pack and form to your foot a bit.

I would buy the ones that fit my feet the best.

I like Burton as well, but it doesn't matter too much. Personally, I think snowboard boots look badass. I noticed that they are starting to sell them as regular boots now, but it doesn't work for everyone since they are huge.

ThirtyTwo boots are by far the best, if only for the liners. They get them made by Intuition, who specialize in heat-moldable liners. Probably the lightest boots in the industry as well.

Listen to jevad, he speaks the truth.
Don't get all hung up on the brand name. Everyone has different feet and the type of boot one person on here likes may not be the best option for you.
Figure out if you want a soft boot or a stiffer boot, then go to your local shred shop and try on lots of different pairs regardless of brand. Which ever ones feel most comfortable and fit best are the ones you should go with. Boots are the most important part of your shred setup so take your time and spend the cash needed.

ThirtyTwo Boots can be custom molded to yer feet in the store in twenty minutes. It prevents blisters your first couple of times using them.

Interesting... I just went snowboarding this weekend for the first time in a couple years and felt that my boots were a bit too small.
Mind you, I was on an absolute mole-hill in northwestern illinois, but it was all I needed to get familiar with my board again before going to Big Bear in March. I can't wait!
