Is it wrong to jack an swf from a public site if the aformentioned swf is a rly nice game?
I mean when you view the source, its as if they are saying "please create an html file and save the target as/' ...
Conversely, I think I'm alleviating some strain on their bandwidth to play locally... and I'm not going to post it on my site and allow other people to play.
What do you think?

prepare for a tasering

why? if yr using it that much then it will be cached and not a strain on the bandwidth (at least for the swf),

and remember this applies as much to your site as it does to theirs

Short answer: no.
Long answer: nooo. You aren't stealing, you're making a copy and using it the way it was intended to be used.
