this is how i do html-emails for clients:
• simple html document using tables and basic css for the fonts
• put the html documents with the used images in a folder
• copy the folder from my mac to the only pc laptop we have
• open outlook
• create a message using the html file as stationary
• send- also view using safari
view
mail contents of this pagecapsize - indeed.
but to be sure it looks OK on pc's i prefer to send it with a pc...stewart - CSS is a no-no for HTML emails. Not all email readers support CSS.fusionpixel
- also view using safari

yeah, and heads up about outlook 2007 ...

My god Outlook 2007 is bad for html emails. I have to do a lot of them at work (the boss loves them) - however, she is the only one with Outlook 2007 installed - so I get dragged through coals everytime she sees a bug, even though I'm working completely blind (repeated reminders of that being the case seem to get ignored).
Short answer, just don't do them. If you have to, keep them as simple as possible. Campaign Monitor is good too, although we use our own php newsletter setup.

is a decent resource - we used to use them.problem is that they are AUSTRALIA based so sending out emails means you may be breaking the law for some clients as their mailing list is leaving the UK.
