Wow, that's crazy how they are the same. Maybe it's a tribute to a great movie. I did love Jack, but Heath looks pretty damn good!

Dark Knight and Batman Begins have nothing to do with the other films. WB and DC both acknowledged, fairly publicly, that the last film in the series, the one with the Guvunator, was so bad they needed to abandon the franchise until someone could figure out how to retool it (Despite the fact that Frank MIller had already done just that with the comic ten years earlier).
I read that the original trailer for the Nicholson film was a new turning point in summer box office movies and marketing hype. I wonder if this trailer has something to do with that, considering the 1000 viral sites and web events surrounding this movie.
