What happened? It was in sleep mode, didn't fall or even crash. I can network to it and if I take a screen shot and check it out on my new computer, it looks fine.
I just bought a new computer two weeks ago? Do you think it's jealous?
It was the first Titanium 17" Powerbook, the one Minime had on the airplane.

Something cracked the LCD. They're super delicate, it could have been any number of tiny little objects between the screen and the keyboard.
My girlfriend broke her MacBook Pro screen by unknowingly closing a cellphone antenna inside. The horror.

My experience with dead PB screens says that its not worth getting it fixed.Did you make this post from it? Haha

- Brilliant. At an old job I had, we'd find the nastiest porn available, bring it in to photoshop and do a fullscreen mode, hide all the palettes, so you'd see only the image. we'd unplug the keyboard, turn off the monitor and let the fun ensue....nearestexit
