Not sure what you mean, Rodzilla? Looks like a simple radial gradient with a bit of mussing to me..? Perhaps just the product of a well chosen colour scheme and some well laid highlights on the characters?

It looked like they used more than just a radial gradient. Especially with all of the differences and textures in there.

Filter > Render clouds
- I did that, along with difference clouds, and some other effects to emulate the color scheme. Just can't seem to get it to be a perfect blend.rodzilla

well, yeah - sorry, I probably over-simplified by saying 'radial gradient'.
If I was doing that in PS, I'd probably star with a radial gradient, then dick around with it using either the finger/smear tools or liquiefy.
Actually, having just had a dick around with PS, I'd forgotten how fiddly doing gradients is in there, so I'd probably start off in Illy! :)
Suffice to say, I don't think there's anything clever in there - perhaps a few blending modes and a tablet employed to aid randomness.
Dunno, man - just have a play.

I would look at cutomising some brushes.
