I bet apple had no idea who the hell wrote that letter, do you think she wrote "I am a 3rd grader", or like lots of letters written by people they just look like a 3rd grader wrote them.
It doesn't lok like apple sent a cease and desist order it reads allot like they simply said we cannot accept suggestions without solicitation look at our legal info.They are all dicks anyway.
