(Oct 23 07, 05:29)Absolutely - I get up in the morning and WOOMPH! within a minute I'm confronted by work, including all the things I put off yesterday, either for lack of creativity or sheer stubborness. Shortly thereafter, my stomach tightens up and I'm resigned myself to my lot. There's no escape.
Shifted sleeping patterns and loss of sunlight are pretty bad, too.

need to go to the gym in the morning for a swim I think - my client gives me a gym pass so might as well use it, they also pay for a masssage every thursday too, there are no real disadvantages for me :)

I find it very refreshing to take the macbook and go to the coffee shop to work for a few hours. If you are inside all day, ir gets pretty boring pretty quickly

I'm glad we have dogs, I walk them before and after work hours which gets me out and about in the fresh air.
To be honest, when I was working at an office, I only walked down to the train station then a 5 min walk to work anyway so I probably get more exercise now. It's also nice knowing I finish at 5.30ish and I'm back home in no time.
I think it's much better than working in an office.

best part: share an office with my wife; espn with lunch; slow days = afternoons in the woodshop; jeans/t-shirt attire.
worst part: the cacophony of dogs and cats while speaking with clients on the phone.

I think I'd go fucking mental.
I'd have a tidy house though.
