Not in a million years. Still has remains from communism and the Sovjet era, and it reflects on so many levels.
You'd have to drag me kicking and screaming to ever go any further east than Finland.

Liked St. Petersburg a little bit better though, but it's still very... very "eastern", for lack of a better word.

Depends what you do there i guess. Its a place that could really get you down. But then i t felt like there was a lot going on and had a definate buz that i'd compare to London and New York..........Saying that there was a lot of people drinking on the street.
