is there an alternative to paying 699 usd for flash cs3.... i dont plan on doing commerical work - personal stuff... and i dont want to get busted by the feds for using warez
any student plans / cheap licensing plans...??

Yeah Adobe are always kick ing the doors down of students apartment blocks to see if they have a dodgy copy of CS3, I see all the time, Crazy.
