i am looking for a good retoucher with food experience. I have a packaging project we are looking to sub some work out for.

I'm sorry but what exactly do you mean by a "good retoucher" with "food experience"?
It beats the crap out of me, unless you're looking for a good GD/photographer who have worked in the restaurant/food industry.

fiy, I'm totally away from a "food toucher". I don't know what that means.
I understand what it might mean but still I don't know if there's a profession for such a sushi-it.

to clarify for those who dont understand what I am looking for...
we are working on a Macaroni & Cheese packaging project. We had 2 photoshoots done of both spoon and bowl shots, and we need the final images retouched. Some of the images are either too dry looking, or too wet and cheesy. I also need to adjust some of the angles of the spoon shots and color correcting.
