at minute 1:45 he breaks away from the cops, forcefully and runs back in.
the cops tried to carry his ass out.
i'm all for our rights, but again, that was fucking stupid of him.

that's my thoughts kona... they tried to walk him out, then HE was just stupid. At that point, he was going however they could get him to go. HE escalated the situation, HE was out of line... first

Well if you're asking me what I would do, or how I would change the american system, I would do some research into what some other countries are doing.
During my time in Denmark, I found that to be the most utopian idealistic society. Not only was there not nearly the police problem we have here, but there also wasn't nearly the criminal problem we have here. Nobody locked their houses, cars, bikes etc. and this is in Copenhagen, a city of millions.
It's a complicated situation and there are no easy answers, which is what everyone wants, but it can be better with some research and effort.

I am sure it's use violates whatever code of use that particular department has. They had a 10-1 overwhelming force on an unarmed suspect. Excessive force by badly trained and unprepared LEOs

After a Black Rebel Motorcycle Club show in Chicago earlier this year, they did a few songs outside the venue on the sidewalk and in an alley, it was awesome.
Crowd was pretty calm, but then people spilled over into the street. Cops showed up and were trying to get people to leave and/or just stay out of the street, as well as probably stop them from playing.
Anyhow, some kid just screams "F You Cops, Let Em Play!"
And this one older cop just turns around and yells back "F You too you punks!" He was really angry but I guess that's all he could come up with.

denmark isn't the melting pot of the world that the us is, nor does it suffer from the same social issues that the us does.

I don't care that there's a precedent for this kind of brutality. The guy was just talking loudly, he wasn't threatening anyone. The had no reason to even lay a hand on him in the first place.

hear all the college bitc... er... kids getting all upset? will one of the kids jump in the situation? riot? lets taze his ass to scare them into not being a "hero". i dont know, but fuck that kid. i got no problems with them tazing that ass.
if the kid in the other video "cop caught on tape" would have been tasered then hell yeah, i got a problem with that.

So the use of tasers/stun guns - which were originally sold to police forces as one step down from using lethal force on armed and non-compliant suspects is now OK to use on unarmed suspects in situations that don't warrant anything close to lethal force? That's OK then, huh? He in fact "deserved it"...
I can think of another country about 50 odd years ago that started thinking some people "deserved it" too...
