(Sep 18 07, 10:29)Totally agree kOna, the guy was a moron and his actions can be classified under "resisting arrest", the point - or at least my point - is that using a taser/stun gu nin that situtation is just plain wrong. I am sure it's use violates whatever code of use that particular department has. They had a 10-1 overwhelming force on an unarmed suspect. Excessive force by badly trained and unprepared LEOs
