yeah i was listening to some radio testimonies and a doc about new orleans and had no idea it was like that. one guy compared how the military handled it like faluja in Iraq. No help or anything just Marshall Law and a shoot to kill policy. Blacks had to get white volunteers to get them food because most blacks were targeted by gangs of white 'vigilantes'.
