pretty brash of him.

(Sep 18 07, 11:45)I'm paying close attention, and I see him take a step back, the 2 officers follow him, he raises his arms in the air and then the vid is kinda hard to see.
I know we all approach this from our own subjective paradigm, but I'm curious to know, in your opinion, does this justify being tasered? I just can't see why you would potentially kill someone for this. Seems that with as many cops as they had, they should have been able to subdue him rather easily without a tasergun. Here's how I see the bottom line: Kerry repeatedly wanted to answer him. The kid acted like an ass and the cops were WAY over the line in their reaction.

but kerry being the wet rag he is, didn't stand up for him.

This reminds me of when Barberella met Dildano.

kona, noone knows what the fuck you are talking about, which I guess is your tactic. because you are a fucking shithead.

i don't care how or why he got tazed and arrested he has a good point and that too often is what gets ignored in these situations.
- CALLES0
in defense of kerry... he did take him seriously... he wanted to answer the question
"can you repeat the question?"

kona, upon further inspection of the fred thompson thread, now I have absolutely no idea what the fuck you are talking about, me being a tough guy.
you are a dumb dumb bastid that will say anything...
- kerus0
i agree with the "wet rag" description of kerry

taking a step back?
dude, he broke free from the cops dragging him out not once but twice. the second time breaking free by the door before they could escort him out.
first, two cops tried, he broke free, then three cops tried, with the very large black one actually picking him up and carrying him out, only to break free, er... take a step back.
after thinking about it you're right. they should have just let him go and everyone could have had a shasta and looked out the window for rainbows. if they let him go he would have totally piped down and walked out, no wait, they tried that and he went right back in.
was a tazer too much? probably, but that situation escalated rather quickly and he busted loose again right in front of the door.
cops are dicks. that kid was an asshole. kerry still looked like frankenstein. round and round this thread goes, where it stops nobody knows but most likely it will end with dobs calling me another name.

(Sep 18 07, 12:10)you dont have a leg to stand on to what I have said, so you dodge the topic.
you really are a fucking dumbshit. say something of substance once, dummy.

look at 2:30

So, the cops arrest him for resisting arrest (and he did). What was the underlying charge that led the guy to resist arrest? I don't get it? Acting like a dick in public? Asking obnoxious questions of a political figure i a public forum?
As this video gets played around the world today America loses just loses what little is left of it's moral authority...

i've been saying something of substance this entire thread. you're the one who's throwing around the childish insults while trying to make your point that we're all germans.
what did you say? that i'm a high school girl? i guess i'll take a page from the book and take that as a compliment coming from a second grader with a full diaper.
grow up rick.
- kerus0
she ruined his shirt :(
- TheBlueOne0
Was the "inciting a riot" charge due to his actions after being arrested? If so again, what was the reason for the original arrest?

i'm a new orleanian.
i know through very good sources that hundreds of civilians were being shot and killed everyday by police forces in the first few days after the storm. the commanding order was to tell someone 'HALT!'. if they didn't halt then to Shoot To Kill!! Roughly 150+ people a day were killed. The only investigations were a certain few that took place on a bridge.

these deaths are not included in the katrina storm count deathtoll.just goes to show everyone. that the system you trust is a mirage of good faith. when you are at your most need and are hungry and dying, military force will be used against you.
