I like my name, I think it fits me. It's funny though, when I was young my grandpa (whose name is ed) always called me tony. I didn't like it and neither did my parents, so they taught me to call him tony. Now just about everybody calls him tony

I didn't like my name until I saw 'Edward Scissorhands.' Then I like it. I thought it was arty and sort of regal.

i didn't like my first name that much .. shari but i was into my second name alisa and this is the only place i've ever used my middle name with the s and e tacked on but you guys insist on calling me sally say which has destroyed the whole intents and purposes!

Not so much when I was a kid as when I started working with international clients and had to write out my name on a piece of paper so they'd get it right.
I hated that during the first few years. Now, on the other hand, I feel it's quite exotic and a bit of an ice-breaker.
It's Joakim by the way, and I've heard everything from "Wah-keen" to "Joke'um".
